Machine Gun Preacher

Last night was - so fun!  I stayed in contact with the Dallas Film Society (Dallas International Film Festival) and I was contacted to take pictures at the advanced screening of Machine Gun Preacher.  When I got to the Angelika - Dallas, I found out that I was the only photographer present.  SWEET!  Gerard Butler was first thought to attend but he wasn't able to make it out - if he would have - I would have been able to shake hands and be on first name basis with him - crazy huh?!  However - the beautiful Michelle Monaghan (Due Date, Made of Honor, Source Code) was there and I got to meet her!  She is such a sweet person!  After an intro, I was able to stay and watch the film - and it was tough to watch but such an amazing film - check it out November 18th when it is released.  Q&A afterwards with the machine gun preacher himself which was wonderful.  It was an excellent night.
